Creating change and thought leadership within the black technology community
The concept of BCPA was born in June 2020. The founders shared their vision of urgency and unified their mission to be the change, make an impact, and build a winning team of leaders.
In 2021, the Cloud Solution Accelerator Program commenced with the inaugural cohort of channel partners comprised of: Service
Providers, Software Builders, and Staffing & Recruitment Firms.
Our
nonprofit
Accelerating growth of black innovators and black owned technology businesses through mentorship, coaching, and community.
BCPA has a core focus on generating wealth for those black and brown within the technology space.
Originally founded with the assistance of Microsoft to combat the disparity of representation within the Microsoft partners within the US out of 64,000+ Microsoft partners only 200 being black owned.

Our Mission is to build, high performance, community focused, sustainable next generation channel partners within our communities. We’re commited to helping 100+ channel partners add $1M of net revenue in three years.
We want to be a leader in job creation by opening doors and establishing 800+ new tech jobs and 1000+ digital transformations within the Black community.
